My name is Stephania Romulus. I was born in Fort Myers, FL. I am a Haitian American who inspires to motivate and inspire others through my experience. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health Care with a Concentration in Children Mental Health. I am currently working on getting my Masters in Social Work at St Leo University. I reside in Tampa, Florida, and have been living here for seven years. I want to thank you for taking the time to come to my blog and experience life through my eyes. 

Dear, Vee is a blog that was inspired by my lovely daughter Viliana. My daughter is two months old and has changed my perspective in life. During my pregnancy, I had to develop a better understanding of life and how different things can make it shift. In this blog, I am praying that God takes over and helps me inspire the people around me. I have been through so many things in life, and many of the things that I am going through, I want to be able to tell my daughter about it someday. With this blog, I will be posting twice a week, and eventually, when my daughter gets old enough, I will hand her the password so she can read and understand her mother's different thought processes. 

Growing up, I had so many questions on why different people do things a certain way or what led to current events. I love having my mom and grandma around me to be able to answer a few taboo questions. With everything going on in life, I have realized that as we grow, a few things that were done in the past are faded away by unpopular belief. My goal is to keep asking my grandma questions and finding out all the old Haitian methods and writing about them. I want to leave a legacy behind for my daughter and, hopefully, future grandkids. I want to be someday able to read a few of these stories to my daughter and give her the understanding that I had growing up. 

In this blog, I will have an open forum, so my readers will be able to express their positive opinions about the topic. I encourage positivity and encouragement throughout my post. I am also available to question and suggestions, so please do not hesitate to email me or message me. Please remember my blog is based on the experiences and thought process. I am open to different viewpoints.

 Dear Vee,  When you start reading this, I hope it helps you overcome any obstacles you may be going through. I wish my grandma had one of these. Every time she comes into town, I ask her so many questions. Sometimes she looks at me and thinks I am crazy, but sometimes I wish to tell her how much I admire her. My grandma has done so much, from cooking, cleaning and raising seven beautiful kids. My grandma would hide her weakness to make sure everyone was ok. Understanding the Value of Time

  Dear Vee,  This week has been a good week for me, and many exciting things have been happening around me. I am unsure if I posted it in the last post, but baby girl, you are finally sitting, and things are moving fast. This week I sat and stared at you and realized that even though I am trying to adjust to my new life, being a mom, time does not stop with me. I am so used to planning things out and analyzing different things in my life that I forget the time that I sit planning is time that I am wasting seeing you grow and blossom into the little girl you are growing to be. Your personality is starting to show, and your smile is getting brighter. Soon you are going to crawl and walk. I don't think I am ready for that, but it's not my choice. The Power of Manifestation

Dear Vee, Today is March 15, 2021, and it is 9:20 pm. I am typing the date and the time because I want to remember this moment for the rest of my life. Today we both started the day on a good note, and I was happy; we were delighted. I went to work and was excited to come home to you. Before I got home, I went and checked the mail. In the mail, your mom received a letter that took a brick off her shoulders. When I opened the mail, I was over-excited about what God was doing in my life. God has been blessing me in all kinds of directions that I was starting to get overwhelmed with excitement.
